| RETURN POLICYWe offer our customers hassle-free returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us, please contact us for an RMA within 14 days* for an exchange or refund. An RMA must be requested in for all returns. In order to request an RMA, please send us an email at returns@blueharboronline.com with the following information: 1. Order ID (in subject of email) 2. Name of product 3. Exchange or Refund 4. Reason for return 5. Specify defect in product, if any 6. Any other comments (any feedback on our products or service) 7. A phone number where we can reach you, if required Returned products must include all original accessories, manuals, software, and packaging materials. Refunds: 1. If the product is defective and a return is requested, a full refund for the purchase price will be issued. 2. If the return is for any other reason, a refund for the purchase price less a restocking fee, depending on the condition the item is returned in, will be processed. If the item is returned in original unopened condition, no restocking fee applies.
